Bonjour, I'm interested in the process. pear's Calendar is turning basicall western wheels. This package has very nice features, but not well exposed so bad understood. That said, there's so many different time measurements ... No joke, I will read your description. Best would be you make a draft on pear.php.net and put there some links to code Also talk on list for this draft, they are not announced. à+ -- toggg Mr.Borracho wrote:
Hello, I developed the calendar class corresponding to a Japanese original environment. I named JpCalendar. JpCalendar provides API for Calendar corresponding to a Japanese original environment. A Japanese calendar is a name of an era decided Japanese original. When the emperor changes, the name of an era is changed. A Japanese calendar is used as often as the Christian era in Japan. Even if it uses either a Japanese calendar or the Christian era, this API can set the calendar. This package has the function similar to an existing Calendar package. It is this package example of the function as follows. ・Calendar setting by calendar of Japan. ・Conversion at Japanese calendar and Christian era ・Calculation of age on birthday of Japanese calendar ・Calculation of present age of Japanese calendar on birthday ・Calculation of twelve zodiacal signs on birthday of Japanese calendar ・Calculation of fate star on birthday of Japanese calendar I want to propose this package to PEAR. Will you give me any opition or impression ?
