Proposal of new package Services_ICAL

Hi there, i am looking for feedback and if its of any use for a Services package for publsihing and subscribing to ical calendars. For now its simply publishing to a file and subscribing from a file with the name of the calendar. If its of any use and conforms to your standards, i could utilise File_IMC to return the data for add the records to the database and returning it from the database or whatever for subscribing to.
