Dear Mr.Pine and Mr.Convissor:
The patch which improves PEAR::DB was drawn up.
oci8.php could not acquire Primary Key Constraints until now.
I drew up the patch which it tries to be able to acquire this.
In addition, because function getSpecialQuery() returns only
'tables' and 'synonyms', I tried to be able to acquire 'views'.
I ask the fact that this patch serves the purpose of everyone.
