Thanks for the suggestions. I went to file a bug report and found that, duh, the feature I wanted was in the beta version 0.9.9. So now I'm trying and failing to get the beta version working at ALL. I filed a report <http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=6747&edit=2> but thought I'd mention it here because it seems so weird. How can it have a bug that renders it completely broken? I feel like I must be missing something (a screw perhaps?) Any ideas? And since I brought it up, any vague predictions on a 1.0.0 release? Anything I could do to help? Thanks to all, rob
