[PEPr] Comment on Web Services::classLivejournal.php

Pierre-Alain Joye (http://pear.php.net/user/pajoye) has commented on the proposal for Web Services::classLivejournal.php. Comment: You should use LGPL only then, you cannot use the PHP License outside php.net.And you already released this package outside pear, why? You should read our naming convention and coding standards. Your package name and class names do not respect our standards.
