Hi,
currently the usage of <topic> and $Id lines is inconsistent. Although
the majority of files have
<?xml encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<!-- $Revision: y.y $ -->
as file header, some have not. I am going to make them all consitstent
if noone objects.
We might add the version="1.0" attribute to <?xml ?>, since it is needed
by docbook4 if I remeber correctly what hartmut said.
for the de tree we should apply the phpdoc scheme where we have
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

as file header. I'll add these lines as well.
