Comment: Do you intend to leave the class package under TrackBack? _extractURL() in SURBL needs to be case-insensitive and include https protocol. The file:///blah URL is not captured either. In Worldlist there's a need to map 0 (zeroes) to letter "o", "\/" to "v", and alike before doing the check against the list.
