[Patch] File_HtAccess

Hi, first of all thanks for the package. When using the package i changed two things to fullfill my needs and think these changes could be usefull: - Adding the method getContent to get the content instead of saving it. I needed this for debuggin instead of writing to the file and opening it and so on. This change is quite simple because i just moved the code from save to this method and the method save now calls this new method. - In the getContent method i added testing if values are set and only then the lines are added. I use this package not to use the security features but add additional features (mainly to tell apache which interpreter (php4 or php5) to use. I added the changes a diff package. Maybe they are worth to add to the package. Regards Elmar Pitschke
