I think (if my english is enough good) there is a typo error in the message. It should be from "from 2006-04-25 14:05 UTC" or "until 2006-05-01 14:05 UTC".

PEPr has automatically extended the voting time on PEAR::PEAR_PackageFileManager_Frontend until 2006-04-25 14:05 UTC because there were not enough votes, yet. Please review the proposal and give your vote here: http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=381 Voting time is extended only once per proposal.Even if PEAR::PEAR_PackageFileManager_Frontend_Web proposal was accepted by a total of 5 votes, I will wait until end of extended voting time for its dependency backend (required): PEAR::PEAR_PackageFileManager_Frontend. I can give you *good news* about features that will be extended. I've already implemented - full support of "platform exception" (partially shown in GUI of the proposal) - full support for <group hint="" name=""> : tested with PPU Only one change that i must said it was an error : usage of PHP constant (PEAR_PACKAGEFILEMANAGER_FRONTEND_WEBDIR) to define ressources directory. We can't overload any class ressources easily. ==> I will remove the constant and replace it by path "PEAR/PackageFileManager/Frontend/Web/" User Guide is already available and website is in preparation with tutorials ... how to Laurent
