[PEPr] Comment on Audio::CAPTCHA

Christian Weiske (http://pear.php.net/user/cweiske) has commented on the proposal for Audio::CAPTCHA. Comment: I haven't looked at the source code yet, but it'd be nice if you would be as close as possible at the Text_CAPTCHA API. Maybe this package could be a subpackage if the Text_captcha package, being one of it's drivers that is released independently. Also, ogg or mp3 generation would be nice since those files take less more space and thus bandwidth to the user.
