Yes, but I doubt it will make it in 5.2.0.
Although there is many things that will get regulated in php
itself. In the next few weeks. Maybe it is safer to wait a bit.
Or we simply define that we will allow only php5.1.4+ packages in N
months, using E_STRICT available in 5.1.4 as base.
By the way, I still consider 2007/01/01 as a good start. There
is no chance to have a php4 proposals flood.
