PEAR_ErrorProxy draft proposal

Hello everybody - I've put a draft proposal - PEAR_ErrorProxy up on pear. I'm new to pear and it's the first time I've released code in the wild, so please go easy on me :-) It's basically a PHP5 class which wraps around pear objects and transforms PEAR_Error return values into exceptions. I've been using the technique for a while and I thought it might be useful for others. I'd be grateful if anybody who is interested could take a look at it and give me your thoughts.
