Think I saw ADODB support sometime ago in some package but not you can't
place it as a dep in the package file, at least that was the rule last
time I checked (i.e. no none pear channel deps and such) but like Lukas
said there's nothing against having it as a driver, just requires the end
developer to be 100% sure him/her self that adodb is in place.
