Arnaud (i think) mentioned "that RFC" a few days ago as well. I don't see
such an RFC... can anyone elaborate? I'm not implying it doesn't exist -- I
would simply like to read it.
(aside: I'm taking a few days off, returning to my day-job on Thursday. My
upcoming silence is not a sign of my lack of interest. :)
