I tried to, anonymously in TortoiseCVS, get a list of the branches / tags for my package (Math_BigInteger) after having done "pear cvstag package.xml", and all I got back was one branch - HEAD. RELEASE_1_0_0RC1 wasn't there. Any ideas as to why?
