pear.php.net idea.

Hello all, ok, so we discussed a little bit on irc about an idea I just had and there is what it is: I thought that on pear.php.net we should have a way to aggregate blogs, articles, etc. Then we discussed about a way to do this and came up to a conscensus that it should be something like planet-php (even could be on planet-php) but people make a new category into their blog called "pear" which would be aggregated by (if they accept on a later point) planet-php but wouldn't be on the main page. It would be at (idea) http://pear.php.net/planet/ (which would redirecto to) http://planet-php.org/category/pear. Then you might say, "That's stupid you can just go to ' planet-php.net/search/pear'" Well the answer to this is no. I do not want articles that have the word *pear* in it, I want articles oriented towards pear. Right now some people might not see a big blogging about pear as there is not real pear aggregator like planet-php, but I believe this would be a great improvement to the documentation of the site. A centralized place where all pear professionals with blogs are shown, and what they have written is also shown.
