Very nice addition; interesting and also useful.
But as always ;-), I have to complain a little bit. At least on Firefox
2.0 and IE 7 the page looks a little bit weird:

(after looking into the source code: this must be very similar in all
other browsers)
Why is the "support channels" link so far away from the sentence it
belongs to (= end of first paragraph)? (Maybe the link could be placed
on the words "support's page" instead of having another term directly
after it.)
And please also remove the space between "support's page" and ":" at the
end of the first paragraph. It's not a French text. *g*
