RE: [PEAR-DEV] Re: PEAR Account, Please

I submitted the PHP CVS request this morning. I tried the PEAR account request page yesterday, but walked away from it feeling like the form itself is a trick question. All the instructions say "you don't need an account to do" all the things shown in the "purpose of your PEAR account" list. If I check ANYTHING on that list, the form fails saying "The purpose(s) you selected do not require a PEAR account". If I leave them all blank (which is what I did to begin with), it still fails, this time with "Please enter Intended purpose". DIIdo, DIIdon't... what am I missing?
