Hi,
I had contacted them. They just answered me they were inclined to
using another license but they were unsure whether they were legally
entitled to make such a change.
The PHP Group is marked as copyright holder for a lot of packages, so
it be good if it could directly re-release these packages. This would
avoid lots of discussions, as QuickForm is not the only PEAR package
under the PHP License :)
