switching to pgsql on pearweb

Hi, I'd like to switch to postgres for pearweb. We need transactions (yeah I know recent mysql versions have that for some file format, but postgres has had them much longer). Beside, Mark Woodward is writing a postgres function for us to sort results by version numbers. :-) Anyone with objections, holler, now. - Stig
