quick note: dev statistics should be accurate now

Hi all, I spent a LOT of time over the holidays going through the 800 or so unassigned closed bugs, assigning each one individually to the developer who fixed it. There were about 14 or so that I just had no idea who fixed it, but otherwise they are all assigned. The final results are at http://pear.php.net/bugs/stats.php#devs As you can see, Lukas and Alan benefited heavily from this tally, as the majority of the unassigned fixed bugs were fixed by them, but others like Alexey were underrepresented. I hope this will comfort those who felt they were slighted by the system. Greg
