PEAR_RemoteInstaller with PEAR 1.5.0RC3 and PHP 5.2.0

I want to know if someone with same config :
PEAR_RemoteInstaller 0.3.1
PEAR 1.5.0RC3
PHP 5.2.0 (windows)
has already done a local to remote host copy of a package ?
I still have problem to synchronize packages that have pear installer replacements such as
<tasks:replace from="@data_dir@" to="data_dir" type="pear-config" />
