Sorry for the confusion on this point, any suggestions on clarifying the
manual?
Current API documentation at

shows an example where 'installexceptions' looks a bit confusing(at
least for me ;)):
'installexceptions' => array('phpdoc' => '/*')
'installexceptions' =>
array(
'bin/some_cli_script' => 'some_cli_script',
);
