+1 from me. Sounds like a good idea to assure quality. Of course QA must
be sure that there is no BC befor releasing. On the otherhand, not all
pear devel have access to the whole repos (e.g. me, i just have access to
HTML_Template_IT), so it's not possibl to them to fix stuff.
