Ok I've added your suggestion and I just thought I'd check with you before calling votes.
Being someone who has already written a Math package, I'm guessing you may know more than me, should this package be in the Math section or a different section? Should it be renamed? Perhaps an "Extended Functions" section?
As I said before I'm not sure whether the actual process of generating combs and perms considered part of Combinatorics...
