Ahhh, #10514, found it this time... I made the semi-clueless assumption that jumping from the Home (top left) --> Bugs (top right) --> Bug System (center) --> All (middle left) link trail was taking me to the website package's buglist. I now see that I was viewing the buglist for the Bug Tracker itself. Let the rotten tomatoes begin flying my way... my eyes are closed and mouth is open... CRB ;)
