Hi Jesus,
We have a new auto-registration system for voting in general elections
(not like the ones open now for PEAR Group/president). These accounts
only require a valid email address.
For most elections, these users will not be able to vote, as pear.dev
karma is required.
However, for potential elections where we want the opinion of the
outside world, such as a competition for a redesign of the website, or
other questions of that nature, they will be able to vote.
It's possible there really are a bunch of Aaron's requesting voting
rights, were they all from the same email host?
