Hi,
In my quick scan of packages, I noticed that XML_RPC2 was incorrectly in
the XML category (XML_RPC is in Web Services), so to make it easier to
find, I moved it to Web Services. I suspect this was a simple mistake,
as the docs are under the Web Services category.
