Agreed. But this fact shouldn't stop people that are uncertain about peardoc to submit changes or additions (maybe as plain text) via the doc list or the bug tracker. In such cases more experienced people can do the job of editing and committing the stuff. Of course, in an ideal world, every PEAR developer should be able to work with peardoc.
