Vladimyr is trying to re-propose his package Log_XML by creating a new
proposal --- previous proposal was Log_Xml
http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=472
The database currently has a constraint for unique package names, and
fails with "A proposal with that Catetory - Name combination already
exists."
I see a couple solutions, allow users to re-propose a package and go
through a new voting phase if some PEAR official approves the
re-proposal.
Or, delete the failed proposal and create a new proposal with the same
name (losing the vote history and comments which might be useful for
the next voting round).
Perhaps there is something existing in PEAR which I don't know about?
Or is there a simpler short term solution?
