As Stig said in a previous mail, he "invented" a system to export
"normal" methods to XML-RPC ones reading special "tags". So the methods
avaible are the ones in pearweb/include/pear-database.php
Anyway, for the moment we don't need to use the xml-rpc php extension if
it is buggy, we have already a method for direct downloading through
plain HTTP (the "pear.php.net/get" stuff).
