Accounts request

Bonjour, Last month, I convinced two friends of mine, renato and analyzer, to take in charge Validate_IT and Validate_RU what I feel are cruelly missing in the Validate locals. Some code was already written and ready to go in cvs, so we started the karma marathon. So far I could see and check with PEAR authorities, we are just missing the cvs karma. So we could easily understand we would have to wait a bit ... I see that in the mean time, somme accounts were created, so now, I wonder what we are missing. If there is some problem with it, please make us a note. As usual, this is funny "english", sorry for that. -- toggg
