Quick review and I not want to sound blunt but: This is php4, we no longer accept php4 packages, and most of it is just bloat and replication. The class Program seems rather useless to me as this is basically what PHP_Compat (http://pear.php.net/php_compat) does pretty much what you are doing or you are simply replicating code for the sake of it.. unless i'm missing something obvious. If there's missing functions, you couldmake patches and send them to PHP_Compat, which would be much easier for you and then. Package for manage programs in system ? Which programs ? do you mean that by using this package you have access to the whole system ? What is the exact purpose of this package ?
