What we need is a page that lists all packages that have failed tests and lists those tests. Such a page could be generated by extracting the information out of the xml log file phpunit can generate [1, 2]. Since I currently don't have time I ask you to volunteer and write such a little script - it'll make our lives a bit more easy.
