The module names is a bit confusing. I assume it's just a Crypt_DiffieHellman directory in
/pear/ on the CVS server.

The end of voting period is handled automatically by pepr. Apply for a
cvs account now :)
Once it is accepted you can register a new package, we'll upgrade your
credentials to pear.dev as well.
