Fw: cvs: peardoc /fr Translators

I start a 'status' file (Translators) for the french translation, following the same format as the German team. I think it is a good way to synchronize work. I put : Pierre-Alain Joye : pierre-alain.joye@wanadoo.fr Arnaud Limbourg : arnaud.limbourg@cegetel.fr Nicolas Hoizey : nhoizey@phpheaven.net and Oliver Courtin (I don't have his mail) as official translators. Nicolas is the leader. If Nicolas is OK I will be pleased to join the team. I already start the translation of the Archive_Tar package, and put it in 'en cours' status. Please can you update the file to limit double work ?
