Link to end-user docs?

I released end-user documentation for the File_Fortune package a couple
weeks ago, and it's been up and available at the following url:
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/package.fileformats.file-fortune.php.
However, at
http://pear.php.net/package/File_Fortune/docs
it still shows "No end-user documentation is available for this
package." How is the linking between the package pages and manual pages
performed?
