Thanks for CC'ed Martin. The Date_TimeZone's data array really doesn't up-to-date and I'm trying to synchronizing it with PECL's timezonedb and re-arranging it. But since timezonedb doesn't have enough data as Date_TimeZone's array data, I need to completing the remains manually. This will make time to update it.
