some work required on a Validate_xx package that you maintain

Hello I am emailing you because you are marked as the lead maintainer/developer of a country level Validate package on the PEAR website. I have done a lot of work on the validate_ie package; two aspects of this are fixing any Coding Standards issues highlighted by the PHP_CodeSniffer/phpcs tool and also making the package and it's test files work better with Christian Weiske's global PHPUnit testsuite. The bug report for this issue in Validate_IE is logged as #11737 if you are interested in reading the details. Would you mind if I did some work on the package that you maintain? This will be focusing on ensuring the tests for that package work within the PHPUnit testsuite and getting the code up to Standard. If I don't hear back from you by Monday 6th of August, I'll assume that it's ok and will commence working on that package.
