I can't register for report a but

Hi, i want register in bug report for add some patch with new features and some bug fixes in File_Archive packages, but when i report a but, it says me "You are not a member" blablabla and i can't register in any site. I read it in register part: Want to report a bug, or comment on an existing bug. (You can create an account automatically by choosing a username/password on the bug report or edit page) But i can't do it... Thanks for support and very congrats for pear projects, its really cool.
