Thank you for your note. It's been a long while since I worked with XML_PullParser. I had written it initially for my own use and without attempting to meet the Pear coding standards. I had been planning to revise it so that it satisfies Pear standards but haven't had time to get to it. I think XML_PullParser is a fairly powerful tool, once you learn to use it, but the Pear developers may not think it is worth adding to the Pear repository, given that--as you point out--XMLReader is already in place. I know that I should decide once and for all whether I'm going to revise it for Pear or just withdraw it from consideration. Anyway, it's available through Sourceforge and freshmeat and there always seems to be someone interested enough to download it and try it out. Thanks again, Myron Turner Christian Schmidt wrote:
Christian Schmidt (http://pear.php.net/user/schmidt) has commented on the proposal for XML::XML_PullParser. Comment: It is worth mentioning that PHP already contains a pull-parser, <http://www.php.net/XMLReader>, though it looks as your package has more features.
