If someone has an installation in /usr/local/pear or /use/local/pear6 that works with PHP 6 I'd be happy to obtain a copy.
So it seems the bottom line is, there is no install for PHP6 that works, the SVN does not provide a working installation or include information on how to install it, the wiki doesn't say where an installer can be found either so basically test-driving PHP6 isn't viable if you have any pear/php dependancies because a working pear install isn't available at this time. I'm way past the point of getting PHP6 built to the point that it will support all of the functionality needed, now it's a matter of getting a pear installation to back it up. I don't have PHP6 yet, other wise I'd give it a go. Otherwise I'd search the archives for "pyrus".
