Config Class

Hi again (finally) The german-speaking folks maybe already heared about our Config Class Alexander Merz and me wrote. We brought it finally to a first-release state and so i commited it to the experimental dir of php4/pear. It's a class, which can parse and ( partially) write Config-files in the php.ini, xml and db format. The class is structured like the Cache-Class, so it should be easy to write more format-containers if someone whishes to. Read more about the whole thing in the README.Config file. It's already quite useful, i use it "every day". a missing point is for example write support for the xml-container. chregu
