Ups.... I just took the example and extended it ;-)
Btw second parameter in mime.php/setHTMLBody($data, $isfile = false) is
default set to false, which means that $data should be a string or ?
the version of Mail/mime.php is // $Id: mime.php,v 1.12 2002/02/10 08:50:13
hirokawa Exp $ from a php4 cvs update ~week old
Maybe I should do a cvs update of php4/pear and then a PEAR update and a
merge ?

By default mime expects a filename in the first argument not a string.
If you want to pass the data itself put false as the second argument:
$mime->setHTMLBody($html, $isfile=false);
