I honestly don't know, you wrote those tests :)
I'm working on windows atm and I can checkout those files, don't work tho
but then again it also fails on linux, that's the reason why I've hesitated
to do a release yet.
But well when I look at the package.xml it says rc1 but I can't find any
test that requires that usage of lower or upper case per se, so I think we
can safely remove it but I make no guarantees since I didn't write the code
in question.
