Net_Whois enhancement

I have email Seamus Venasse the lead of Net_Whois, but haven't heard back from him. I would like submit an enhancement for this package. How do I go about doing this? I have added a method getDetails() which will parse the whois text and create a hash with the specific details from the whois. Eg.
