The proposed project, Math_UnitConvert

the package Math. This is incorrect. mathematics does not have any units. It
should be assigned to a science and engineering package.
Check out MathML, CML (chemistry), BUML (Basic Units Markup Language) and STMML
(scientific, technical and medical markup language) .
