Phantom bugs/feature request

Hi, recently I sent two patches for Text_Wiki but I had some trouble in registering myself in pear. I mean: 1. filled the bugs form for 'base_url' patch (#12565) without an account 2. Followed the instruction 3. Troubles (I don't remember what) 4. Registered myself in pear 5. Filled the bugs form for 'ul' patch (#12567) 6. Refilled the bugs form for 'base_url' patch (#12569) After that, I was (and I'm currently) seeing only the #12567 and #12569 items: http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php?cmd=display&package_name[0]=Text_Wiki Now, JPatrin requested feedback for the #12565 item (surprise, I was thinking never existed... I know it is #12565 only because I've seen this number in the email). Trying to answer following the proper link: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=12565&edit=2 results in: Error: The user who submitted this bug has not yet confirmed their email address. Following the 'click here to resend' link, results in: Error: handle is either already verified or does not exist I don't know what to do.
