This is something we discussed, and I even proposed to open and pay
the fees to open an international organization in a land where it's
still neutral (Canada).
But most people seemed to consider this like we do not need it. That's
the latest update I have from the pear-group, I could start a thread,
we'd discuss again and let you guys know.
