Proposal for a package that is a work in progress?

Hi all, I've got 2 packages that I'd like to submit to pear: a Microsoft Infopath file reader and a Microsoft Cabinet file reader (on which the Infopath package depends). The Infopath package is still a work in progress and does not do as much as I imagine would be possible. I'd like to propose it to give it some exposure to the community and to get feedback and ideas/feature requests and also see if anyone would like to help out to push the package along a bit. If it was to make it into pear, the API might also change a bit. The problem is that I remember reading somewhere that packages must be complete and functional before being proposed for pear, so that's why I'm asking everyone whether I should propose these 2 packages ;) -- David Sanders shangxiao
